Amos Tara is the baby sister of LoveYourself Anglo and Uni, the two most visited community centres in Metro Manila supported by DOH-RITM and PSFI. The palawan program of Project H4 is the brainchild of Miss Vinn Pagtakhan and Miss Marvi Trudeau with the support also of ISEAN HIVOS and PNGOC who introduced Project H4 to LoveYourself leading the organization to PSFI.
Amos Tara, aims to reach and bring hiv screening closer to the community- the youth along here in Puerto Princesa City & nearby towns.
Amos Tara, aims to provide a safe space for the MSMs and friends to conduct other activities aside from HIV screening by having a multipurpose activity area in this community center.
The walls of Amos Tara represent the culture that we were able to establish. the culture of making people feel — safe and accepted the cherry blossoms or the palawan balayong represents the promise of hope, growth, optimism and joy — the core values of project h4 represents (health, help, hope and happiness) we want to cultivate positive change to the community the elevated area has a triangular shape representing “the triangles of selfcare of loveyourself” — meaning — TSC (timely testing and treatment, safe and satisfying sex, correct and consistent use of condoms and lubricants and the wood around represents the rich nature and culture of palawan.
